6 Months Warranty
The panel workshop under Takaful Ikhlas provide quality repairs to your vehicle. A Six (6) month warranty the repaired works.
Accident Breakdown Service
If your car cannot be repaired on time for you to reach your planned destination, Takaful Ikhlas will assist in organizing alternative transport for you to continue your journey.
Hotel Accomodation Assistance Referral
When your car cannot be repaired on time for you to reach your planned destination, Takaful Ikhlas will assist in organizing you in providing information on hotel accommodation.
Interpreter Services
Interpreter services are also provided for medical reasons.
Medical Referral
Upon your request Takaful Ikhlas will make appointment on your behalf or refer you to any clinic or medical centre of your choice.
Transmission of Information
In the event of an emergency, Takaful Ikhlas will relay all necessary information to your immediate family or employer.
Repatriation of Vehicle Assistance Referral
If you are not able to drive your car home after an accident or you do not want to leave your car at the place of accident, Takaful Ikhlas will organise a chauffeur to drive your car home.
Emergency Medical Evacuation Assistance
If medical necessary, Takaful Ikhlas will evacuate you from the place of injury to the nearest and most appropriate medical centre or hospital.
Legal Assistance Referral
If a civil prosecution proceeding is brought against you by a Third Party due to an accident, Takaful Ikhlas will assist you to obtain legal representation.
Note: All expenses and related charged are to be borned by you unless otherwise stated.

The contract of Tabarru’ wherein the participant agrees to donate a pre-determined percentage of contribution to the fund to provide assistance to fellow participants.
The contract of Al-Wakalah allows the use of intermediaries as a medium to better srve customers needs, payment of surplus and profits, where applicable to participants and calculation of shared benefits on a daily basis.

IKHLAS Motor offers two types of motor coverage known as IKHLAS Compreheisive Motor and IKHLAS Third Party Motor that feature different levels of protection for your vehicle.
What Does Ikhlas Motor Cover?
IKHLAS Comprehensive Motor
The coverage pays you in the event of loss or damage to your vehicle as well as third party legal liability. It covers the death or injury to a third party, as well as damage to a third party’s property as a result of an accident arising out of the use of your vehicle.
IKHLAS Third Party Motor
It covers the amount of which you or your authorized driver is legally liable to pay for third party’s death, injury or property damage arising out of the use of your vehicle.

Why IKHLAS Motor?

This service will be made available to you in case of emergency breakdown. For IKHLAS COMPREHENSIVE MOTOR, in the case of accident this service will get your vehicle towed to our nearest panel workshop (free towing of up RM200).

IKHLAS MOTOR utilizes the latest technology on Electronic Claim Estimation System that allows fast approval of repair within 24hours.
E-Covernote
IKHLAS MOTOR provides the our participants with immediate issuance of new and renewal of cover.
It is also electronically linked to JPJ for road tax disc issuance.
Takaful IKHLAS Model
The Takaful Ikhlas Model allows the Company to optimize the investment return to participants.
Upon expiry, the outstanding contributions inclusive of return will be distributed accordingly to participants
