Kurnia Express represents the ultimate in speed and convenience for motor repair claims. You will receive immediate settlement* at our designated Kurnia Express Centers. Upon approval, you may then send your vehicle for repair at any of our panel workshop or at a workshop of your choice.

Applicable to private car comprehensive policy only. |

Applicable to claim amount not exceeding RM3,000. |

The vehicle must be driven to any of our Kurnia Express Centers within 48 hours from the date of accident. |
|
The vehicle owner and the driver (if he/she is not the owner) must be present to sign the relevant documents in person. |
|
The decision to process and approve any claim as Kurnia Express claim shall be at the Company's absolute discretion. |

Lodge Police Report
Bring Your Vehicle To Our Nearest Kurnia Express Center along with the following documents:

Copy of the Vehicle Registration Card |

Identity Card and Driving License of the vehicle owner |

Identity Card and Driving License of the driver (if he/she is not the owner) |

Police Report or Slip (indicating Police Report Number) |
If your claim is approved and upon signing the relevant documents, you will receive immediate payment either by cheque or direct deposit into your bank account at our option. If you change your mind after receiving the claim payment, or if you are unable to find a workshop to repair your vehicle within the approved amount, you may return the approval sum (in cash or cheque) to us within 7 days and your unrepaired vehicle for us to arrange your repairs as per the normal claims procedure.
